For safety reasons, food and beverages cannot be returned.
Is your purchase damaged? Please contact our Customer Care service as soon as you detected that the items are damaged, if possible including some pictures to illustrate the conditions of the damaged items. We’re sorry if your items arrived damaged.
Please always inform us if you prefer to be refunded the product and its delivery costs or would like to receive substitute item(s). If you indicated to prefer receiving substitute item(s), we will send it to you within 2 working days following the receipt and inspection of your returned items at our fulfilment center.
When you indicate to prefer a refund, we will refund you within 14 working days after you indicated to return your purchase. You will be reimbursed with the same payment method as the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
